Overview of the role – Essence of Brief 

  • To lead all aspects of Creative including taking the business into new areas of profitable creative and technical solution
  • To lead and inspire all creative direction - Build reputation and be the creative face of the business
  • Build strong and credible ideas to add value to client's, win new client's, push clients thinking, help promote Six as the credible strategic creative studio we are
  • Lead, grow and optimise all Creative areas of the business including budget management and optimising in-house and external resource
  • Lead and manage the team on a commercial basis – understand client profitability and key associated metrics
  • Make active contribution to New Business – work well with Business Development teams and understand the contribution of Creative in the new business/pitch process
  • All aspects of Team Management including recruiting, developing and performance managing, through your direct reports; and ensuring excellent management practice through your function.

Experience 

  • Strong through the line, Brand and Digital experience that can enhances creative output and inspire the team.
  • Showcase a wide variety of digital design /new direction work
  • A strong working knowledge of the fundamentals-interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development and the creative process as well as new platforms and technologies
  • Able to work in current software Creative technologies
  • Able to evidence successful projects against KPI’s e.g. over-delivering on performance targets
  • Recognition through awards
  • Proven industry knowledge and networker - strong personal reputation
