Collectively, we can help create a gender equal world. How? By taking responsibility for our individual thoughts and actions. 

We choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions and celebrate women’s achievements.

At Six, it's not just something we believe and fight for one day a year, either. With 61% of our team made up of women, our efforts certainly don't begin and end on International Women's Day.
