Working to our team strengths

On your first day at Six, you’ll find the following waiting for you on your desk: a welcome card, pen, notebook, stickers, induction pack and schedule, and finally a little red and white book called Discover Your Clifton Strengths. No, it’s nothing to do with our Bristol location – it’s actually an explanation of why you’re good at what you do.

What is the Strengths Finder?

When we focus on our strengths rather than our weaknesses, we are six times more likely to be engaged in our work. When people are engaged, their productivity and job satisfaction skyrockets. Strengths matter. That’s why we’ve put ours down on paper – so we can see where we all excel, and get more out of working together.
