Your purpose:
To drive & convert opportunities from existing and lapse clients across Six’s products and services (Change & Transformation | Brand & Employer Brand | b2b & Product Marketing) to achieve commercial targets.
The role:
Revenue growth
- Shape, drive and deliver effective client growth plans looking for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue within given existing accounts and open up doors in lapsed clients.
- Develop sharp proposals to drive revenue against income targets (in line with the Six’s service offer, working closely with relevant experts internally and external partners).
- Network at key events and client industry conferences to grow and maintain your contacts.
- Proactively explore new ideas to identify and drive growth opportunities including using LinkedIn and thought leadership to engage with client contacts and prospects.
- Scope opportunities aligned to the Six Methodology and ways of working (agreeing and aligning the approach with the Strategy team).
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
- Deliver pitches and attend presentations/calls/meetings as needed.
Client experience
- Champion best‑in‑class client experiences and drive continuous improvement.
- Build dynamic, proactive relationships and become a go‑to strategic adviser.
- Get under the skin of client goals to ensure every solution hits the mark.
- Stay ahead of the curve, anticipate needs, offer sharp guidance, and deliver real value.
- Tackle concerns early and decisively to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Partner closely with the Six team to create a seamless, standout end‑to‑end experience.
- Capture powerful case studies and testimonials throughout the journey, securing client approval for LinkedIn when needed.
Leadership
- Line Manage a small team to support their growth and development through the Six PDP process.
- Set clear expectations, guidance and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Manage areas of development aligned to performance metrics but with radical kindness.
- Play your part to drive a proactive, collaborative and accountable culture.
- Anticipate and resolve challenges proactively to enhance team performance.
Performance expectations
- Meet or exceed revenue target to trigger bonus.
- Meet a billable utilisation target of 40%.
- Client experience (NPS).
