The insight

The one thing that united everyone at BCA, from top brass to engineers, was their obsessive approach to customer service.

The idea

‘Go far, go together’ worked on two levels – it captured their love of customer service and called on everyone to pull in the same direction.

Brand identity

We under took an investigation and rework of the BCA divisional pillars and a rationalisation of the hierarchy that governs its products and service mix. 

Within
weeks

BCA’s business divisions became a united force, living and breathing their brand vision to ‘go far, go together’.

Ways of working

BCA’s C-suite were based in locations across the UK, so we started the rebrand with a road trip. Hosting face-to-face workshops across ten sites. Literally going the extra mile to meet every stakeholder and give them a voice in the project, right from the start.
